Kinetic Energy is the energy of motion.Something has kinetic energy because it has some kind of motion. Kinetic energy helps us do everything, and is thought as one of the most important energy because we can do so much with it. for example make more different energy with turbines. Whenever something is moving, it has kinetic energy. Kinetic energy comes from potential energy, potential energy to do something, and kinetic energy is that something. Kinetic energy has the ability to do work. Kinetic energy is very powerful because it can overcome many forces, such as gravity. In the video, Ai Vy and Karlee are walking in front of a Church.
